The average sales price increased 62% from $316,870 in November 2010 to $513,492 in December 2010. December 2010 average sales price increased 205% from the December 2009 average sales price which was $168,432.
Average days on the market increased 11% from 138 in November to 153 in December. December 2009 average days on the market were 55.
Currently there are 180 condo/townhomes listed for sale in the Uptown Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/1 bath condo with 1,333 square feeet and an average list price of $370,342, up 1% from NOvember. The average days on the market are 140. Currently 26, or 14%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract.
