The average sales price increased 6.8% from $226,600 in January to $242,083 in February. February 2012 average sales price increased 10.2% from the February 2011 average sales price which was $219,583.
Average days on the market increased 16% from 187 in January to 217 in February. February 2011 average days on the market were 189.
Currently there are 103 Uptown condos/townhomes listed for sale in the Uptown Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/2 bath condo with 1,452 square feeet and an average list price of $411,176, down .7% from January‘s average list price of $413,910. The average days on the market are 221. Currently 25, or 24.3%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. An increase of 31.6% from January.
