The average sales price decreased 22% from $188,891 in October 2011 to $147,348 in November 2011. The November 2011 average sales price decreased 14.7% from the November 2010 average sales price which was $172,726.
Average days on the market decreased 8.7% from 161 in October to 147 in November. November 2010 average days on the market were 159.
Currently there are 1,041 Charlotte condo/townhomes listed for sale in the Charlotte MLS. The average unit is a 2 bed/2 bath unit with 1,534 square feet and an average list price of $223,828, up 4.5% from Octoberâs average list price of $214,242. The average days on the market are 196. Currently 168, or about 16.1%, Charlotte condos are under contract, down from 214 under contract in October.
