The average unit is a 2 bed/2 bath home with 1,409 square feet and an average list price of $226,344, down 1.2% from February’s average list price of $229,081. The average days on the market are 151. 7 Lake Norman condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 0% decrease from February.
