The average sales price increased 28% from $219,583 in February 2011 to $281,688 in March 2011. March 2011 average sales price decreased 6% from the March 2010 average sales price which was $300,581.
Average days on the market decreased 37% from 158 in February to 99 in March. March 2010 average days on the market were 110.
Currently there are 173 Uptown condos/townhomes listed for sale in the Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/1 bath condo with 1,286 square feeet and an average list price of $339,946, down 6% from Februarys average list price of $362,648. The average days on the market are 148. Currently 32, or 18%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. An decrease of 3% from February.
