In November 2010 115 condos sold in the Charlotte area, a 9% decrease from the 127 condos sold in October 2010. November 2010 sales figures decreased 34% from November 2009 when 173 Charlotte condos sold.
The average sales price increased 22% from $141,781 in October 2010 to $172,461 in November 2010. The November 2010 average sales price increased 1% from the November 2009 average sales price which was $171,241.
Average days on the market increased 29% from 96 in October to 124 in November. November 2009 average days on the market were 65.
Currently there are 2,208 Charlotte condo/townhomes listed for sale in the Charlotte MLS. The average unit is a 2 bed/2 bath unit with 1,447 square feet and an average list price of $216,518. The average days on the market are 149. Currently 331, or about 15%, Charlotte condos are under contract.
