The average sales price increased 34% from $177,901 in May 2011 to $238,888 in June 2011. June 2011 average sales price decreased 5.2% from the June 2010 average sales price which was $251,978.
Average days on the market increased 89% from 82 in May to 155 in June. June 2010 average days on the market were 155.
Currently there are 152 Uptown condos/townhomes listed for sale in the Uptown Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/1 bath condo with 1,316 square feeet and an average list price of $363,580, down 4% from May’s average list price of $379,948. The average days on the market are 162. Currently 22, or 14%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. A decrease of 12% from May.
