The average sales price decreased 16.1% from $242,083 in February to $203,008 in March. March 2012 average sales price decreased 27.9% from the March 2011 average sales price which was $281,688.
Average days on the market decreased 37.8% from 217 in February to 135 in March. March 2011 average days on the market were 131.
Currently there are 104 Uptown condos/townhomes listed for sale in the Uptown Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/2 bath condo with 1,376 square feeet and an average list price of $396,936, down 3.5% from February‘s average list price of $411,176. The average days on the market are 201. Currently 29, or 27.9%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. An increase of 16% from February.
