The average unit is a 1 bed/1 bath condo with 1,358 square feeet and an average list price of $379,948, up 5% from April’s average list price of $361,786. The average days on the market are 170. Currently 25, or 17%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. An decrease of 4% from April.
