In September 2010 17 condos sold in the Lake Norman area, a 30% increase from the 13 condos sold in August 2010. September 2010 sales figures increased 70% from September 2009 when 10 condos sold.
The average sales price decreased 9% from $201,492 in August 2010 to $183,331 in September 2010. September 2010 average sales price increased 5% from the September 2009 average sales price which was $174,798.
Average days on the market decreased 24% from 165 in August to 126 in September. September 2009 average days on the market were 70.
Currently there are 188 condo/townhomes for sale in the Lake Norman MLS area. The average unit is a 2 bed/2 bath condo with 1,394 square feeet and an average list price of $223,466. The average days on the market are 160. Currently 11, or 6%, Lake Norman condos/townhomes are under contract.
